C’est Bon Anthology is the Swedish based international comics anthology, presenting beautiful, and sometimes even mind boggling, short stories to all you comics aficionados. The theme for the voluptuous volume 15 is “Motion Picture”, and we ask you to ask yourself: Is there really a connection between comics and film? Film is the vision of a director (and a producer, and a board of CEO’s, and their daughter, and the pony she rode in on) filtered through a cameraman, a cast of actors, a sound designer, an editor, and, ultimately, a projector. Comics are the vision of a cartoonist, filtered through anything that might leave a mark on paper; the cartoonist sends his or her work to C’est Bon Anthology, you read it, end of the line. Go ahead and read this issue, but be aware that we might be spoiling movies for you altogether!

10 years of C’est Bon, 10 years of broadening the horizons of what comics can be, 10 years of comics as art, of art as comics. We celebrate this with return appearances of some of the great artists who have been in the anthology before and a CBQ&A with one of the founding members, Oskar Aspman.
