Bella is worried about her pet fish, Twink. Twink is sad and doesn't want to play. Jo, Anna and Bella take Twink to see the octopus vet. The vet examines Twink and then holds her upside down. Bella is worried, but Twink coughs up a shell she has swallowed and then feels fine.

Anna, Bella and Jo are having a party to celebrate Friends' Day. Anna doesn't know what to buy her two friends, but then sees some necklaces which she really likes. When the mermaids open their presents they find that each of them has got necklaces for their friends. The presents are perfect!

When Jo brings her shy pet crab Henry to play, the other mermaids Anna and Bella are not very impressed with his skills. Anna even says that Henry is boring. But when a dolphin is saved using Henry's sharp claws their ideas change and Jo rewards her little pet for being such a star.
