This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the XVIIth International Conference of the Italian Association for Artificial Intelligence, AI*IA 2018, held in Trento, Italy, in November 2018. The 41 full papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 67 submissions.  The papers have been organized in the following topical sections: Agents and Multi-Agent Systems; Applications of AI; Knowledge Engineering, Ontologies and the Semantic Web; Knowledge Representation and Reasoning; Machine Learning; Natural Language Processing; Planning and Scheduling; and Recommendation Systems and Decision Making.

The total of 74 full papers included in this volume was selected from 283 submissions. The conference is organized in three tracks: for the Research Track 42 full papers were selected from 194 submissions; the Resource Track contains 21 full papers, selected from 64 submissions; and the In-Use Track features 11 full papers which were selected from 25 submissions to this track.

This book constitutes the proceedings of the BPM Forum of the 18th International Conference on Business Process Management, BPM 2020, which was planned to take place in Seville, Spain, in September 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the conference took place virtually.

The 19 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from a total of 125 submissions to the main conference. They were organized in topical sections named: process modeling; process mining; predictions and recommendations; BPM adoption and maturity; and standardization, change, and handoffs.

This book constitutes the proceedings of the 18th International Conference on Business Process Management, BPM 2020, held in Seville, Spain, in September 2020. The conference was held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 47 revised full papers presented together with three invited talks were carefully reviewed and selected from 204 submissions. This program was completed by a demonstration and poster session, in which researchers had the chance to present their latest results and advances in the form of live demos. In addition, the PhD Symposium program included 10 contributions, selected out of 21 submissions.

The core tracks of the research conference were complemented with new tracks focusing on linked data; machine learning; mobile web, sensors and semantic streams; natural language processing and information retrieval; reasoning; semantic data management, big data, and scalability; services, APIs, processes and cloud computing; smart cities, urban and geospatial data; trust and privacy; and vocabularies, schemas, and ontologies.
