Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart' (Heb. 4:12).However, while God's Word is sharp, teachers and preachers of the Bible can too easily make it blunt. The Word is fresh, but it can be made stale. The Word is living, but it can be stifled.
