Ett barn ritar sin första sexteckning i rikets sal och för att ens lyckas hålla sig vaken på mötena drar de streck i en bok varje gång äldste brodern säger Gud eller Jehova. Den här antologin samlar elva serietecknares egna tolkningar av välfärdsdrömmar. Det är en skildring av ett land där hopplösheten och frustrationen dominerar. Där allting inte är vad det ser ut att vara och där våra liv kanske inte blev som vi önskade.
