Mit der Reformation des 16. Jahrhunderts hat sich eine Reihe von Aufbrüchen in Lehrbildung und Frömmigkeitspraxis ergeben, die in den folgenden Jahrhunderten in unterschiedlicher Weise nachgewirkt haben. Im 19. Jahrhundert entstehen in Deutschland selbstständige lutherische Kirchen. In diesem Prozess spielen liturgische Fragen eine bedeutende Rolle. In diesem Band liegen erstmals die verschiedenen Gottesdienstordnungen der selbstständigen lutherischen Kirchen inklusive Notenbild gesammelt vor, die auf der einen Seite in die liturgische Entwicklung des 19. und 20. Jahrhunderts verwoben sind, andererseits aber auch einen gewissen Grad an Eigenständigkeit und Vielfalt zeigen. Die Dokumentation einzelner (nach-)reformatorischer Gottesdienstordnungen und die Einleitungen und Auswertungen im vorliegenden Band ermöglichen einen kontextuell informierten Blick auf diesen Zweig lutherischer Liturgiegeschichte, indem Entwicklungen, Kontinuitäten und Neuaufbrüche erkennbar werden.[Lutheran liturgies in diversity and change]In the 19th century, independent Lutheran churches emerge in Germany. Liturgical issues played a significant role in this process. In this volume, the various orders of worship of the independent Lutheran churches are available for the first time in a collected form, sheet music included. On the one hand, they are interwoven into the liturgical development of the 19th and 20th centuries, but on the other hand, they also show a certain degree of independence and diversity. The documentation of individual (post-)Reformation orders of worship and the introductions and evaluations in this volume provide a contextually informed view of this branch of Lutheran liturgical history by revealing developments, continuities, and renewals.
