Sensory perception: mind and matter aims at a deeper understanding of the many facets of sensory perception and their relations to brain function and cognition. It is an attempt to promote the interdisciplinary discourse between the neurosciences and psychology, which speaks the language of cognitive experiences, and philosophy, which has been thinking about the meaning and origin of consciousness since its beginning. Das Bilanzrichtlinien-Gesetz hat in einigen Bereichen der Konzernrechnungslegung zu wesentlichen Änderungen geführt. Davon betroffen sind auch konzernbilanzpolitische Gestaltungen. In der vorliegenden Monographie wird erstmals eine umfassende Darstellung der Konzernbilanzpolitik gegeben. Im ersten Teil der Arbeit wird das theoretische Konzept der Konzernbilanzpolitik im einzelnen dargelegt. Ausgehend von einer Bestimmung des Begriffsinhaltes der Konzernbilanzpolitik wird aufgezeigt, welche konzernbilanzpolitischen Aktionsparameter zur Erreichung dieser Ziele eingesetzt werden können. Im zweiten Teil der Arbeit werden dann die konzernbilanzpolitischen Aktionsparameter im einzelnen dargelegt und anhand eines vorher erarbeiteten Beurteilungskataloges analysiert. Die einzelnen Aktionsparameter sind in einem Tabellenteil zusammengefaßt, der auch dem Praktiker innerhalb kurzer Zeit einen Überblick über die gesamte Palette konzernbilanzpolitischer Aktionsparameter gibt.
