Han har undervisat i filosofi vid universitet i Holland och Östeuropa. Mellan 1993 och 2019 undervisade han i Antroposofi vidDepartment of Art Therapy of the State University of Applied Sciences i Leiden, Nederländerna. I seminarier och workshops om andlighet och socialt medvetande, har Harrie Salman arbetat i många länder. Han har skrivit böcker om antroposofi, europeisk och rysk kultur, bland dem "The rising of the inner Sun" och "A Continent with a Global Mission".
