In this volume, contributors focus on these questions in terms of connections between ongoing courses of interaction within work practices, object materiality and mobility in space, bodily movement and manipulation of objects, and language. The chapters in this book address a broad range of settings and actions (including dressmaking, foreign language teaching, international business meetings and forklift driving) where a variety of objects become relevant.

This book explores the rationale behind using incremental analog-to-digital converters (IADCs), delving into their theoretical principles, tradeoffs, and practical considerations in architectural and circuit design. The authors provide a general foundational knowledge, exploring the history of incremental operation and revising the working principle of free-running Delta-Sigma ADCs, in order to compare them with the incremental ADC. The IADC revises time- and frequency domain approaches to understand the incremental ADC as a periodically time-variant mixed-signal system. Various options for the reconstruction filter are revised together with system level design approaches and tools. The influence of non-idealities and countermeasures are analyzed and simulated. Enhanced architectures are finally explored and compared to give the reader a complete overview of the topic of Incremental ADCs.

Dies dient zur Erfüllung der Prüfungsleistung in der Lehrveranstaltung Trends im betrieblichen Innovationsmanagement.Der Golfsport mag auf den ersten Blick sehr nachhaltig und umweltverträglich wirken, bei genauerer Betrachtung handelt es sich hierbei jedoch um ein sehr komplexes Thema mit vielfältigen Facetten. Laut DGV-Golfreferenten Marc Biber sind die Ökobilanzen von Golfclubs durchwegs positiv, vor allem, wenn der Golfplatzbau als Alternative zur intensiven Landwirtschaft oder zur Grundverbauung gewählt wurde. Auch gibt es eine brancheninterne Zertifizierung, „Golf und Natur“, welche die optimale Symbiose von Pflege- und Platzmaßnahmen mit der Umwelt zum Ziel hat. Als internationaler Standard lässt sich die ISO 14001 – Umweltmanagement mit System, nennen.Aus Sicht der ökologischen Verantwortung sind hiermit schon einige Varianten vorhanden, die Golfclubs wahrnehmen können. Zur erweiterten nachhaltigen Handlung, welche das Ansehen der Golfclubs in der Bevölkerung positiv beeinflussen kann, erscheint die Implementierung einer Corporate Social Responsibility als logischer nächster Schritt.
