The Book of Tea written by Lu Yu of the Tang Dynasty is the first monograph on tea in the world. In The Book of Tea, Lu Yu inherited and summarized the tea culture in the Tang Dynasty and before the Tang Dynasty and creatively put forward the "e;Method of Boiling Tea"e;. This conference and workshop were mainly dedicated to these open questions.
