The book outlines a practical approach to shopper marketing in order to grow both revenue and brand equity. A story runs through the book in the first part of each chapter, so that it is easier to connect the theory and tools in the second part of each chapter, with a real-world scenario. The book follows the story of the Big Beverage Company, who receive a call from their biggest customer one afternoon asking for their help in getting the coffee category growing again. This sets the Big Beverage Company and their management team on a journey from being a brand-focused business, to one that understands how a broader emphasis on the category and its shoppers can lead to greater growth for themselves and their retail partners. The book contains over 300 industry and academic references as well as numerous examples from the author’s own experience.

What motivated the apostle Paul from his Damascus road experience through to the end of his life? That is the question driving this powerfully argued work by leading New Testament scholar Paul Barnett. Dr Barnett proposes that an understanding of Paul's years in Syria-Cilicia is critical for understanding his visit to Jerusalem, the mission to Galatia, the counter-mission of the 'agitators', the dispute with Cephas in Antioch and the implied dispute with James. Read this work and see Galatians in a different light. COMMENDATIONS"If you are remotely interested in New Testament Studies, especially the writings of Paul, this is an outstanding book to read. Paul Barnett does an excellent job in casting light on the lengthy period of time the Apostle spent in Syria and Cicilia. While in Syria, Paul formed his theology, which Barnett brings out extremely informatively. Barnett reflects on how Paul would have influenced the writings of Peter and James. This book is stimulating, informative and an invaluable resource. For anyone who takes the New Testament writings of Paul seriously, this book brings it all together and is a must-read."- Peter Christofides, Dean of Students, Lecturer in New Testament, Vose Seminary, Perth, Western Australia

Dale Leschert wrote that – “Paul’s epistle to the Romans may possibly be the most influential letter ever written. Apart from its immediate impact upon the first century, it has indirectly altered the direction of the church and secular history through its instrumentality in the conversion of several of Christianity’s most outstanding leaders.” Explore this book that has changed hearts across time and the globe with Paul Barnett.

First Corinthians is Paul’s masterly pastoral letter to a church, which he founded five years earlier, but which in the meantime has lost its way. In Ephesus Paul was visited by various groups from Corinth bringing disturbing reports of recent developments, but also a list of questions. A little sleuthing helps us recover an idea of the problems in Corinth as well as the questions to which they wanted answers. A less imaginative person may have simply addressed the problems and replied to the questions, but not Paul. Paul discerned in the problems and the questions five underlying issues. He has arranged his letter as a series of sermons – True Wisdom (1–4), Sexual Holiness (5–7), Temple Attendance (8–10), Behaviour at Church Meetings (11–14), Resurrection Hope (15). This letter is both timely and timeless. It was, doubtless, piercingly relevant for the Corinthians as they sat transfixed listening as it was read to them. But the letter continues to challenge readers today as they apply its principles to life in an increasingly unstable and hostile world – as Corinth was.
