Peter Lutzker – författare

This study explores and develops the idea that foreign language teaching can be an art. This encompasses both considering the meaning of artistry in language teaching as well as the possibilities which artistic processes offer pupils in language learning. The first part focuses on the in-service education of language teachers in theatre and improvisation workshops, the second part examines pupils rehearsing and performing a full length play in a foreign language. Thus, this work views the fields of language teacher education and foreign language learning within a common conceptual framework.

Welche Faktoren, beginnend mit dem Spracherwerb beim Kind, dabei zusammenwirken, wurde und wird auf verschiedenen ­Wissenschaftsgebieten erforscht. Peter Lutzker untersucht die Sprachwahrnehmung als Sinnesvorgang. Seine umfassende, informative Studie macht mit einer Reihe von Forschungsergebnissen aus den ­Bereichen der Sinnesphysiologie, der Kinesik, der Neurolinguistik, der Psycholinguistik und Psychologie ­bekannt, die von anderer Seite Rudolf Steiners Entdeckung dokumentieren, dass es einen eigenen Sinn für Sprache gibt. Im Anhang wird auf dieser Grundlage ein neuer Ansatz für den Fremdsprachenunterricht entwickelt.

Erfolgreiches Sprachenlernen hat auch mit sinnlichem Wahrnehmen und Körperbewegung zu tun, mit der Eigentätigkeit des Lernenden, mit Stimmungen und Emotionen. Die Waldorfpädagogik plädiert daher für einen künstlerisch gestalteten Umgang mit der Sprache.Die Autoren stellen dieses Konzept für den Fremdsprachenunterricht an der Waldorfschule systematisch dar mit den Zielen:- die verstreuten Hinweise Rudolf Steiners zum Unterricht in den neueren Fremdsprachen möglichst vollständig zu sammeln- die Konturen des darin verborgenen Gesamtentwurfs einer anthropologisch fundierten Didaktik und Methodik heraus zu arbeiten- die dabei gewonnenen Ergebnisse mit der neueren Sprachlehrforschung zu verbinden.Für die zweite Auflage haben Erhard Dahl und Peter Lutzker die Ausführungen von Johannes Kiersch aktualisiert, inhaltlich ergänzt und weitere praxisrelevante Konsequenzen des Konzepts erläutert.
