This book contains the proceedings of two long-running events held along with the CAiSE conference relating to the areas of enterprise, business-process and information systems modeling:
* the 21st International Conference on Business Process Modeling, Development and Support, BPMDS 2020, and * the 25th International Conference on Exploring Modeling Methods for Systems Analysis and Development, EMMSAD 2020.
The conferences were planned to take place in Grenoble, France, during June 8–9, 2020. They were held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
For BPMDS 13 full papers and 1 short paper were carefully reviewed and selected for publication from a total of 30 submissions; for EMMSAD 11 full papers and 4 short papers were accepted from 29 submissions.
The papers were organized in topical sections named as follows:
BPMDS: Business process execution and monitoring, BPM applications in industry and practice, planning and scheduling in business processes, process mining, process models and visualizations
EMMSAD: Requirements and method engineering, enterprise and business modeling, software-related modeling, domain-specific modeling, evaluation-related research.

This book constitutes the proceedings of the 15th International Conference on Research Challenges in Information Sciences, RCIS 2021, which was planned to take place in Limassol, Cyprus, but had to change to an online event due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The conference took place virtually during May 11-14, 2021. It focused on the special theme "Information Science and Global Crisis".
The scope of RCIS is summarized by the thematic areas of information systems and their engineering; user-oriented approaches; data and information management; business process management; domain-specific information systems engineering; data science; information infrastructures, and reflective research and practice.
The 29 full papers and 6 work-in-progress papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 99 submissions. They were organized in topical sections named: Business and Industrial Processes, Information Security and Risk Management, Data and Information Management, Domain-specific Information Systems Engineering, User-Centered Approaches, Data Science and Decision Support, and Information Systems and Their Engineering. This year the conference took place under the theme "Bridging Silos".
The CAiSE Forum is a place for presenting and discussing new ideas and tools related to information systems engineering. Intended to serve as an interactive platform, the Forum aims at the presentation of emerging new topics and controversial positions, as well as demonstration of innovative systems, tools and applications. It received 23 submissions of which 11 have been accepted; 15 submissions were invited from the CAISE main research track. The overall 26 papers include 20 vision and 6 tool demonstration papers.
The Doctoral Consortium aims to attract PhD candidates working on foundations, techniques, tools, and applications in the Information Systems Engineering field. The Doctoral Consortium received a total of 27 submissions of which 12 were accepted for presentation.

This book contains the refereed proceedings of the 16th International Conference on Business Process Modeling, Development and Support, BPMDS 2015, and the 20th International Conference on Exploring Modeling Methods for Systems Analysis and Design, EMMSAD 2015, held together with the 27th International Conference on Advanced Information Systems Engineering (CAiSE 2015) in Stockholm, Sweden, in June 2015.
The 17 full papers accepted for BPMDS were selected from 43 submissions and cover a wide spectrum of issues related to business process development, modeling, and support. They are grouped into topical sections on enabling value creation, human-centric paradigms, mining for processes, declarative approaches, understanding and sharing, quality and security issues, and new areas for BPMDS.
The 12 full and three short papers accepted for EMMSAD were chosen from 33 submissions and focus on exploring, evaluating, and enhancing modeling methods and methodologies for the analysis and design of information systems, enterprises, and business processes. The CAiSE 2014 Forum was a place to present and discuss new ideas, emerging topics, and controversial positions, and to demonstrate innovative tools and systems related to information systems engineering. To this end, three types of submissions were invited: visionary papers presenting innovative research projects at an early stage, demo papers describing novel tools and prototypes; and case studies reporting industrial applications.
