This book constitutes the proceedings of the 17th China National Conference on Computational Linguistics, CCL 2018, and the 6th International Symposium on Natural Language Processing Based on Naturally Annotated Big Data, NLP-NABD 2018, held in Changsha, China, in October 2018.The 33 full papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 84 submissions. This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed post-conference proceedings of the 4th Asia Information Retrieval Symposium, AIRS 2008, held in Harbin, China, in May 2008. The 39 revised full papers and 43 revised poster papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 144 submissions. By comparing the annual growth of cultural consumption, GDP growth, per-capita income growth and savings growth, the authors reveal the disparity between urban and rural areas in terms of cultural consumption, as well as that between provinces.
