    Dr. K N Subramanya is presently working as Principal and Professor, Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at R V College of Engineering. His Academic Qualification includes: Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management (Avinashilingam University, Coimbatore), MBA with HR specialization (5th Rank), M.Tech. in Industrial Management (IITM, Chennai) and B.E in Industrial and Production Engineering (Bangalore University). His 23 years of experience includes teaching, training and research. The professional expertise include Lean Manufacturing System, Operations Management, Intelligent Systems in Supply Chain and Logistics Management, e-Enterprise solutions, Simulation Modeling and Analysis, Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Probability & Statistics, Applied Ergonomics and Business Process Management. He is a research supervisor of four scholars, who are pursuing doctoral program in Lean Supply Chain Networks, Cloud SCN, Designing E-Procurement Models and Performance of B2B markets and a reviewer for IEEE International Journal on “Automation and Systems”. He has executed / executing projects and consultancy works funded by Government and private funded agencies worth more than Rs. 1.5 crores. He has published and presented more than 70 technical papers in National and International Journals / conferences. The number of corporate training programmes / faculty development programmes / technical talks conducted is more than 100. He has guided more than 100 Under-Graduate and Post-Graduate student projects and many of them have been implemented by manufacturing and service organizations. He is an active member QCFI, ORSI, ISTE, IIMs & IIIE. He holds administrative posts in various Academic, Statutory, Compliance, NBA and TEQIP Committees of the Institution and other Autonomous colleges. He has received many awards viz. Excellence in Education Award at RVCE, Best Paper Award in many National and International Conferences, Dr. S R Gollapudi Award 2013 from IIIE-India, Vision Group on Science and Technology under K-FIST Level II, Govt. of Karnataka for establishing Non Destructive Testing Laboratory for Post Graduate Courses and Research from Hon. Chief Minister of Karnataka and Bharat Ratna Prof. C N R Rao on 16th June 2014 and Cognizant award for Best Researcher from ISTE-RVCE Chapter during Teachers’ Day celebration on 30th September 2014. His other interests includes: Cricket, Music and travelling.Dr. Hui-Ming Wee is the Associate Dean, Chaplain and Distinguished Professor in Chung Yuan Christian University.He has received excellent research award from the Taiwan Ministry of Science & Technology,excellent life researcher award from CYCU and the Medal for Distinguished Industrial Engineer Award. He has published more than 400 papers in refereed journals, international conferences and book chapters.His papers were cited over 3275 times (Scopus) with h-index: 32. He has co-edited six books and holds two patents; was keynote speaker to a number of international conferences,Senior Member for Asian Council of Science Editors (ACSE), Board of Directors for International Engineering and Technology Institute (IETI) and Editor/editorial board member for a number of international journals.Dr. Mario Orlando Oliveira was born in Capiovi, Misiones, Argentina, on May 13, 1979. He received the Electromechanical Engineering degree from the National University of Misiones (UNaM), Argentina, in 2005. He received the M.Eng. degree and Doctor degree in electric power system from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Porto Alegre, Brazil, in 2009 and 2013. He is professor in the Engineering Faculty of the UNaM and researcher in Electrical Energy Laboratory, Argentina. His research interests include electrical machines protection and modeling, electromagnetic transient, power system protection, control and restoration.
