Page is a fellow at the Centre for Democracy and Development in Abuja and an advisor with Transparency International's London-based Defense and Security Program. He is a former International Affairs Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations and previously served the U.S. intelligence community's top expert on Nigeria.
