Heloise Robinson is an Assistant Professor at the Peter A. Allard School of Law, University of British Columbia. Previously, she was the Singer Fellow in Law at Exeter College, University of Oxford, and a member of the Oxford Law Faculty. She has also worked as a lawyer in both Canada and England. Her publications address issues relating to medical law and ethics, disability, feminist legal theory, and human rights. She is the author of Selecting against Disability in the Liberal State: Choice, Equality, and the Limits of Neutrality (CUP, forthcoming).Jonas-Sébastien Beaudry is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law and the School of Population and Global Health at McGill University, where he holds the Canada Research Chair in Health, Inclusion and Policy. His research spans disability law and theory, bioethics and human rights, with a focus on autonomy, personhood and discrimination. He has provided expert input to the Canadian Senate and Department of Justice on health policy and served on advisory bodies within the legal profession and disability advocacy organizations. He is the author of The Disabled Contract: Severe Intellectual Disability, Justice and Morality (CUP, 2021).Jonathan Herring is the DW Wolf-Clarendon Fellow in Law at Exeter College and Professor of Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Oxford. He has written extensively on issues around family law, medical law and ethics, care law, and criminal law. His books include The Right to Be Protected from Committing Suicide (Hart); Law Through the Life Course (BUP); Law and the Relational Self (Cambridge University Press); Caring and the Law (Hart Publishing); Older People and the Law (Oxford University Press); and, with Shazia Choudhry, European Human Rights and Family Law (Hart).
