Microregionalism and World Order

SHAUN BRESLIN is Reader in Politics and Principal Research Fellow in the Centre for the Study of Globalisation and Regionalisation at the University of Warwick. He is also honorary professor of Political Science at Renmin University in Beijing. He is author of Mao, China in the 1980s: Centre Province Relations in a Reforming Socialist State and, with Rod Hague and Martin Harrop, Comparative Government and Politics. - GLENN D. HOOK is Professor of Japanese Studies and Director of the Graduate School of East Asian Studies at the University of Sheffield. He has recently co-authored a number of books including Japan's Contested Constitution: Documents and Analysis; Japan's International Relations: Politics, Economics and Security; and The Political Economy of Japanese Globalization.
