Theresa Bauccio-Teschlog, CPPB, is a career procurement professional with nearly 25 years of procurement experience. She has held many NIGP positions, including Education and Research Chair, Membership Secretary of the Washington State Chapter of NIGP, and is also an NIGP instructor. Dennis Carney, CPPO, managed procurement, delivery services, and warehousing for Columbus, Ohio city schools for 15 years. Mr. Carney currently teaches procurement classes for NIGP: The Institute for Public Procurement. He has written extensively for NIGP, including co-authoring Global Best Practice documents on audits, developing evaluation criteria, and the evaluation process.Joyce D.
