    Dr. Robin Augustine is a Life Science Research Scientist in the Department of Radiology at Stanford Medicine, Stanford University, USA. Renowned for his expertise in biopolymers, particularly hydrogels, his research focuses on tissue engineering and wound healing applications. Dr. Augustine holds a Ph.D. from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, and has extensive postdoctoral experience at prestigious institutions, including Technion Israel Institute of Technology, Israel; NIT Calicut, India; Qatar University, Qatar, and the University of Massachusetts Lowell, USA. He has authored 71 research articles and 13 book chapters, with his work cited over 6,000 times. Dr. Jithin Joy is an Assistant Professor at Newman College, Thodupuzha, India, affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, India. He earned his PhD in nanocellulose-based biopolymer nanocomposites from the same university. Dr. Joy has conducted research at Clemson University, USA, and Universiti Teknologi Mara, Malaysia. He has co-edited several books published by international publishers. His academic contributions include publications in international journals, conference proceedings, and book chapters. In 2010, he was awarded a prestigious research fellowship by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research and the University Grants Commission of India. Dr. Joy’s research focuses on advanced materials, contributing significantly to the field of polymer nanocomposites. Dr. Wilson is an assistant professor in the Department of Chemistry, St. Cyril’s College, Kerala, India. He obtained his PhD in Chemistry from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, India. He has written several publications in international journals and conference proceedings. He has also co-edited two books one titled “Transport Properties of Polymeric Membranes” and the other titled “Materials for Potential EMI Shielding Applications: Processing, Properties and Current Trends” published by Elsevier. He has also conducted research work at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium. Dr. Runcy has also almost two years of industrial experience as a junior scientist at the Corporate R&D Centre, HLL Lifecare Limited, a Government of India Enterprise, in the area of synthesis of green polymers. His current research interests include polymer nanocomposites for membrane applications, synthesis of biodegradable polymers for medical applications, and development of high quality EMI shielding material. Ravin Narain, PhD, PEng, FRSC, is a Professor at the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering in the University of Alberta, Edmonton, AB, Canada. Prof. Narain has made significant contributions to research on thedesign, fabrication, and characterization of novel carbohydrate-based materials (glycopolymers, hydrogels, and nanomaterials) for a wide range of applications. His research has also covered biomaterials, nanomedicines, and regenerative medicines, with an emphasis on developing advanced materials as cancer therapeutics, antifouling and antimicrobial uses, and cell/tissue engineering advances. He has published numerous articles in peerreviewedand high-impact journals and has edited several books, namely, Engineered Carbohydrate-Based Materials for Biomedical Applications (Wiley), Chemistry of Bioconjugates (Wiley), Glycopolymers: Synthesis and Applications (Smithers & Rapra), Polymers and Nanomaterials for Gene Therapy (Woodhead Publishing Elsevier), and Polymer Science and Nanotechnology (Elsevier). He was recently the section editor for the second edition of the book—Comprehensive Glycoscience (Elsevier). He is also on the editorial board for Frontiers inChemistry (Polymer Chemistry), Polymer Chemistry (RSC), Biomacromolecules (ACS), and Polymers (MDPI). He has won several awards including the Distinguished Visiting Researcher Award from Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO), Australia.
