    Beskrivning

Fundamental and Functional Advancements of Fungal Enzymes in Biorefinery and Bioproducts Development offers highlights the fundamental aspects of fungal enzymes which include their structure, function, chemical composition, and their functional importance for biorefinery and bioproducts development. This is the first of two volumes that provides a comprehensive overview of the utilization of fungal enzymes for biorefinery and bioproduct development. Volume 1 introduces various types of fungal enzymes and offers a better understanding of the basic science of fungal enzymes, their structure, their fundamental functions and limitations in biochemical development. This book also explores the processes involved in improving the enhanced production, efficiency, and efficacy of fungal enzymes for application. It also examines biofuel and bioproducts production using fungal enzymes. In combination with Volume 2, this book offers a holistic view of the potential and challenges of engineered fungal enzymes for researchers, scientists, and industry professionals seeking to deepen their knowledge of fungal enzymes and their role in biochemical advances.

    • Covers the basic science of in fungal enzymes, their sources, structure, and functions
    • Discusses the processes and challenges involved in developing efficient fungal enzymes for bioproducts development
    • Explores the applications of fungal enzymes in biofuel and bioproducts production
