Dr Parul Gupta is a research professional with a Ph.D. in Zoology and 10 years of experience in teaching and research holding a CSIR-NET certificate in life sciences. Currently, she is working as a Research Associate at ICMR-NIRTH with a strong background in scientific research, laboratory expertise, and team collaboration. She has an experience of teaching of 4 years from reputed degree college. Her skills encompass proficiency in working knowledge of molecular techniques like PCR, ELISA, gene sequencing with skills of data analysis. She has 11 publications in peer-reviewed journals and own a strong foundation in medical pharmaceutical knowledge with effective scientific writing skills. Additionally, she completed a 3-month course in Good clinical practice in clinical trials and attended several workshops and conferences. As a researcher and teacher, her theoretical as well as practical knowledge of the subject, which makes her understand the informative content of the book. Dr Ravindra Kumar is a Scientist D at ICMR-National Institute of Research in Tribal Health, Jabalpur, with expertise in Genetics and Molecular Hematology. He is PhD in genetics holding CSIR-NET, UGC-NET and GATE certificate in life sciences. Kumar has over 12 years of research and teaching experience, previously working as Scientist C and B at the same institute, and as Scientist and Head at Central Research Laboratory, Sri Aurobindo Medical College. Dr. Kumar has received numerous awards, including the "Achiever" award from Thalassemic India, Young Scientist Award under DST-Fast Track Scheme, and Research Associate Award from CSIR. He published 117 research papers in peer-reviewed journals such as Nature etc. He worked as PI of 11 projects and guided 08 MD and 06 DM students. His qualifications and experience make him a renowned expert in his field.Dr. Virendra Kumar is an Assistant Professor at Jawaharlal Nehru University's School of Biotechnology, specializing in cancer genomics and epigenomics. Holding a Ph.D. in Bio-medical Pathology, they possess extensive research experience in identifying cancer diagnostic and prognostic markers. Their work has yielded 16 international publications in esteemed journals, including Journal of Biomolecular Structure and Dynamics and Immunology Letters. A recipient of prestigious awards, such as the American Society of Human Genetics' Developing Country Award (2020) and the UGC-Dr. D.S. Kothari Postdoctoral Fellowship, Dr. Kumar has also presented their research at numerous national and international conferences. As an educator, they teach courses on oncogene research, immunology, and emerging technologies. Additionally, Dr. kumar serves as a reviewer for the journal Technology in Cancer Research & Treatment and is a member of the American Society of Human Genetics (2020-2022), demonstrating their expertise and commitment to advancing cancer research.Dr. Susmit Kosta is an eminent clinical scientist with more than 15 years of teaching and medical genetics research experience. In addition to teaching, he guides Ph.D., M.D. & M.S. students. Currently, he is heading the lab of clinical molecular and genetics research & diagnostic at Sri Aurobindo Medical College and PG Institute and working as a clinical research coordinator in MOHAK Bariatrics and Robotics Centre at Sri Aurobindo University, Indore, M.P., India. He has also awarded with young scientist award and various fellowships from ICMR, DBT and DST. He is also a research member (IC-SCR, IRB), reviewer, editor of various journals. He has to his credit, more than 130 publications in journals of international repute and authored many well accepted chapters in various books. He has received many national awards and honors for his research. His research work is cited in more than 551 standard textbooks and journals throughout the world. His extensive experience includes prenatal diagnosis, clinical oncology & genetic counselling to enhance awareness of genetic disorders, their treatment, and management through training and research by focusing on clinical diagnostics & management. His future research focuses on to providing diagnostic services for various hemoglobinopathies and evaluate the spectrum of thalassemia mutations and develop a cost-effective screening method for sickle cell anemia.Dr. Pushpendra Singh is a renowned Scientist F at ICMR-National Institute of Research in Tribal Health, Jabalpur. He holds a PhD in Comparative Genomics from ICMR-National JALMA Institute for Leprosy and Other Mycobacterial Diseases with over 15 years of research experience. Dr. Singh has worked on Mycobacterium tuberculosis drug resistance, leprosy genomics, and microbial pathogenesis. He has received several awards, including the Bioclues Innovation Award (2021) and Ramalinga swami Fellowship (2016-2021). Dr. Singh has completed multiple projects funded by DHR, ICMR, and DBT, and has published over 70 papers in peer-reviewed indexed journals. His current research focuses on genomic characterization, molecular epidemiology, and immunomodulation in infectious diseases.Dr. Vijay Pratap Singh is a scientist and DBT Ramalingaswami Fellow at ICMR-NIRTH, Jabalpur. His research focuses on understanding genome maintenance in the developing placenta, utilizing molecular, cellular, and genetic tools. He holds a PhD in Life Sciences from Jawaharlal Nehru University and has conducted postdoctoral research at the Stowers Institute for Medical Research. Dr. Singh has published 16 papers in renowned journals and presented at international conferences. His work has been recognized with awards, including the NIH New Investigator Travel Award. He has mentored several students and researchers and has received competitive grants. His research aims to shed light on the molecular connections between genome maintenance, aging, and cancer, with significant implications for maternal-fetal health. Dr. Singh's expertise spans placental biology, genome maintenance, and cellular senescence. Dr. Shraddha Gurha is a public health professional with expertise in dentistry, research, and health promotion. She holds an MPH from Poornima University, MDS in Periodontology & Implantology, and BDS from Maharana Pratap College of Dentistry. Currently, she works as Project Scientist C at MRHRU Badoni Datia, mentored by ICMR-NIRTH Jabalpur. Her experience includes monitoring and evaluation of national health programs, teaching, and research. She has published numerous papers in renowned journals and presented at conferences. Dr. Gurha possesses strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with proficiency in MS Office, SPSS, and Epi-Info. Her interests lie in public health, global health, and health promotion. She is a self-motivated and enthusiastic professional with excellent interpersonal skills, committed to improving public health outcomes, particularly in rural and underserved areas.
