Fairbridge

Geoffrey Sherington is Dean of the Faculty of Education and holds a personal chair in the history of education at the University of Sydney, Australia. He is the author or co-author of 14 books and 50 articles in the general fields of history of education, history of immigration and educational policy. For the past decade he has had a particular interest in the British child and youth migration schemes of the twentieth century.Chris Jeffery is a Researcher for the State Archives and the Fremantlc Arts Centre Press for the publication of archival documents. She is the author or co-author of several books and journal articles, and is currently preparing Edward Townley Hardman, Geologist for publication.
