    Cecilia Tortajada is Professor at the School of Interdisciplinary Studies, College of Social Sciences, University of Glasgow. She has been an advisor to major international institutions like FAO, UNDP, JICA, ADB, OECD, IDRC and GIZ, and has worked in numerous countries in Africa, Asia, North and South America and Europe on water and natural resources management and environment policies. She is a member of the OECD Initiative on Water Governance and recipient of the prestigious Crystal Drop Award of the International Water Resources Association.Eduardo Araral is Associate Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. He is the Co-Director of the Institute of Water Policy, Vice Chairman of the Asia Pacific Water Forum and Associate Editor of the Oxford University Press book series on water governance.
