Rajendra Baikady, Ph.D. is Assistant Professor at the Department of Social Work, Central University of Kerala, India, and Senior Research Associate at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa.Ondrej Botek, Ph.D., F.R.S.A., is Associate Professor and former head of the Department of Social Work and a psychotherapist in private practice. His focus is mainly on Social Policy Theory, Social Welfare and Welfare mix, Social Economy as well as Social Therapy and Counseling, Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy and Theory, Communication and Intercultural Communication.
