Christopher M. Hayre is Associate Professor at Monash University. He has published several textbooks, which are widely implemented into academic curriculum worldwide, with translations into both other languages. His research impact is evidenced on an international scale, not only influencing policy and practice, but engagement as respected PhD supervisor to students in the UK, UAE, Australia, and South Africa. His areas of expertise are medical imaging, health research, emerging technology, and ethnography.Dave J. Muller is currently a Co-Editor of the Rehabilitation in Practice Series, published by CRC Press. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Disability and Rehabilitation and has been involved in the publication of over 50 books and has published over 40 referred papers. He is a visiting Professor at the University of Suffolk, United Kingdom.Marcia Scherer is a rehabilitation psychologist and founding President of the Institute for Matching Person & Technology. She is Editor-in-Chief to Disability and Rehabilitation and also Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, University of Rochester Medical Center where she received both her Ph.D. and MPH degrees. She is Co-Editor of the book series for CRC Press, Rehabilitation Science in Practice Series. Paul M.W. Hackett has wide experience in social science and humanities research and is the originator of the declarative mapping approach to qualitative research. His research interests span many aspects of behavior and experience focusing upon the investigation of ontologies and epistemologies that have originated in the African continent. He has around 300 publications including more than 30 books. He is a visiting research professor in the department of philosophy at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Nigeria, an honorary fellow in the philosophy department at University of Wales Trinity St David and a PhD supervisor at the same university, and a visiting professor in health research methods at the University of Suffolk. He holds a PhD in psychology and a PhD in fine art. He has held appointments at universities, including Oxford, Cambridge, Tufts, Harvard, Cardiff, and Durham.Ava Gordley-Smith is PhD research student at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. Gordley-Smith’s research aims to develop a multidimensional psychological framework for understanding the relationship and intersection of attitudes toward environmental and social justice issues. Outside of her PhD research, her work focuses more broadly on both theoretical and applied methodologies in health and rehabilitation, the social sciences, and communication studies.
