‘This book on circular entrepreneurship ecosystems is at the crossroads of three popular areas of research: circular economy, sustainability and entrepreneurship ecosystems. Making an attempt to address important issues and challenges our societies are confronted with, this more than needed book is bringing a clear picture of a state-of-the-art of research at the intersection of these domains and opening new and interesting avenues for future research. As stated by the editors and we agree with them: “This book serves as a catalyst for researchers and policymakers to further explore the theory of entrepreneurship ecosystems within the framework of the circular economy”. In other words, it tries to answer the key question: to which extent the concept of entrepreneurship ecosystem could be theorized and applied to make our world more sustainable, in particular in the context of circular economy?’
