Rakesh Kumar is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and an academician in the Department of Management Studies at Graphic Era Deemed to be University, India. He is a distinguished educationist and decorated army officer with 26 years of comprehensive experience spanning military service and academia. His primary areas of expertise include Finance, Business Law, Labor Law, and Technology, which also form the core of his teaching concentration. He served in the Indian Army for more than 23 years, holding positions in management, academics, operations, and training, during which time he was affiliated with numerous reputed government organizations within the Indian Army. Dr. Kumar is a member of the Indian Society for Training and Development and has made significant scholarly contributions to his field, having published over 100 research papers in leading academic databases and 33 Indian patents. Throughout his career, he has contributed to educational governance by serving on Boards of Study, Boards of Examination, and Evaluation Departments in government organizations. His academic credentials include an M.COM, MBA (2-year PGDM), PGDCA, and PGDBM, among other qualifications.Isaías Scalabrin Bianchi is affiliated with the Federal University of Santa Catarina, Brazil, and serves as a visiting professor at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Kazakhstan. He holds a Ph.D. in Technology and Information Systems from the University of Minho, Portugal, and has served as a visiting researcher at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. Since 2010, Dr. Bianchi has been a civil servant at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, holding various management roles and serving as a professor in the Master's Program in Management. Since 2020, he has also been teaching and supervising Ph.D. students at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, digital marketing, and supply chain management. Dr. Bianchi’s professional accomplishments include leading research projects funded by the Ministry of Education of Kazakhstan, co-supervising master's students at the University of Minho and Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, achieving Moodle Educator Competence through the Moodle Educator Certification Program, editing and publishing three books, and serving as a guest editor for several indexed journals. His research interests encompass IT governance, Information Technology Business Process Management, Business and Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Transformation and Innovation, with a particular focus on public organizations and higher education institutions. His work has been published in prestigious information systems conferences and international journals.Tilottama Singh is the Head of Department in the School of Management at Uttaranchal Institute of Management, Uttaranchal University, Dehradun, India. She is a certified HR analyst from IIM and a proficient academic, researcher, and trainer with more than 14 years of experience in Human Resources and Work Dynamics. She began her career in the hotel industry with Leela Kempinski at the corporate head office in Human Resources and Training, later transitioning to the education sector with leading institutions including IMS Unison Group and Amity University. She holds a master's degree in Human Resources and Management with distinction, a bachelor's degree in Economics with honors, and a degree in Law with distinction. She has also completed a vocational course in mass communication and earned an analytics certification from IIM. Dr. Singh’s professional accomplishments include an enriched research portfolio featuring publications in Scopus-indexed and international refereed journals, book chapters, and conference presentations. She has received the Best Presentation Award at international conferences such as IEOM and MIDAS and has served as a member of AIMA. Additionally, she has acted as a liaison between the student community and industry delegates. Her areas of expertise include Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy with teaching concentration encompassing Human Resources, Strategy, and Law, and she maintains a keen interest in training and developing sustainable models for business and society.
