She has authored, co-authored, edited, or co-edited 14 volumes and over 150 articles and chapters in scholarly books. Her most recent books include Affirmative Action Is Dead: Long Live Affirmative Action (2004) and The Psychology and Management of Workplace Diversity (edited with Margaret S. Stockdale, Blackwell, 2004).Margaret S. Stockdale is Professor of Psychology and Director of the Applied Psychology Program at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
