Gary Ivory is retired from New Mexico State University. He has held a variety of leadership roles in Pk-12 and postsecondary education.Dr. Dana Christman is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Specialties at Austin Peay State University. She has held a variety of leadership roles in postsecondary education.

Technology can be a mixed bag: An administrator who knows how to use it effectively can increase productivity and connection. However, anyone who is not able to harness its power will struggle due to its prevalence. It has become a staple of school administration, from evaluations to communication.
