Steven Leibo, PhD, a former Fulbright Scholar, is professor of international history & politics at the Sage Colleges and an international affairs commentator for WAMC Northeast Public Radio. He currently serves as an “associate in research” at the Fairbank Center at Harvard University and is member of the National Committee on US China Relations.
