Temporality, Eternity and Wisdom

A text inviting reconsideration of Augustine's ""Confessions"", his most known work, and to look at whether rhetoric conflicts with Christianity - and whether Christians should condemn and abandon its use. It argues that there are surprising elements to Augustine's receptivity to rhetoric.
