Recensioner i media
"Sustainable workforce transformation in the age of general-purpose artificial intelligence hinges critically on human capability and responsible governance. In her book, Associate Professor Huong Ha synthesizes the socio-technological view with the realities of today's complex digital era. Anchoring her insights in established paradigms like Kotter's Eight-Step change model and advancing them through contemporary theoretical frameworks such as the Technology-Organization-Environment, Dynamic Capabilities Theory and Institutional Theory, she provides a masterclass in change execution that is both practically applicable and theoretically sound. Her actionable strategies and recommendations are vital resources for any executive committed to leading sustainable change and professionalizing the next generation of technological leaders." - Mr Koo Sengmeng, Director, Talent & Ecosystem, AI Singapore"A timely and insightful guide to the thoughtful deployment of AI for sustainable innovation. Associate Professor Ha provides a balanced assessment of both the opportunities and risks of AI adoption, while underscoring the central role of people, leadership, and change management in helping organisations navigate evolving business landscapes, environmental pressures, and global challenges." - Dr Winston Ong Wee Meng, Vice President (Corporate), Singapore University of Social Sciences, Co Chair of SUSS Sustainability Committee
