Would definitely recommend! My 7 year old son has a two night school residential coming up & was worried about still being in night pants to such an extent that I started researching ways to help. Alarms seemed to be the way to go but decent ones were crazy expensive. I was reading reviews before ordering a £200 plus one when a reviewer says save your money & get this book. I look up the book, check out the reviews, see the £9.99 price tag & think worth a shot... best decision ever! Read the book in a day, implemented that night, my little boy was so excited & literally first night he insisted on ditching the night pants. He woke middle of night because he'd started to wee but stopped himself & finished in the toilet & then slept until morning & woke dry. Since then he's woken before starting to wee & made it to the toilet. In the 6 days we've been doing it (apart from the first night where he started to wee) we've not had a single wet bed! Totally amazing, he's literally the happiest little boy & now very excited for his school trip! Thank you Alicia Eaton for making this book available!
