Adam Kohlbeck is Director of Teacher Quality at Chiltern Learning Trust and has 16 years’ experience teaching and leading schools across London. He specialises in improving teaching through teacher decision making and has supported schools in the UK and internationally. A Fellow and Chartered Teacher of the Chartered College of Teaching, Adam also serves on its elected Council and the Teaching Commission. He holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership, the NPQH and coaching qualifications, and is undertaking doctoral research at St Mary’s University. A regular conference speaker, published author, podcast host and founder of the award-winning EduPulse community, Adam is passionate about improving education at scale.
