He has worked in both the private and public sector; FTSE 100s, SMEs and the NHS.Elaine Cox is an honorary research fellow and senior lecturer at Oxford Brookes University. She is also the founding editor of the open access, peer reviewed International Journal of Evidence Based Coaching and Mentoring.
