Recensioner i media

"This book is practical and assumes no prior knowledge of what group guidance and coaching involves. It offers an easily understood framework to help the reader understand the specificity of group guidance and coaching .. and cover covers group dynamics, preparing for group experiences, practical skills, and reflection and evaluation of one’s practice. The authors are careful at all times to make clear how group guidance and coaching is different from other group-based approaches and are clear that while this modality can complement individual career guidance and coaching, it is not intended to be a like-for-like replacement for it. In a context of growing curiosity about group guidance and coaching, this book is a timely and welcome addition to all career development practitioners’ learning. It will help readers understand how to plan, develop and practice group guidance and coaching, and do so ethically and effectively."Dr Oliver Jenkin PGCE RCDP, NICEC Fellow, CDI Senior Professional Development and Standards Manager, and Editor of the CDI's magazine, Career Matters
