[The] book covers more than just Paul’s use of Scripture. The latter is its starting point, and there is much here that engages insightfully with scriptural tracings in the two epistolary texts. But in so doing, a wider range of lenses are opened up that helpfully testify to the way in which scriptural usage might shed light on broader interpretative matters.
