Palgrave Handbook of Theatre and Race

Tiziana Morosetti is an Associate Lecturer with the Department of Theatre and Performance at Goldsmiths, University of London, UK. She also teaches African Literature at the African Studies Centre, Oxford, UK. She is the editor of Staging the Other in Nineteenth-Century British Drama (2016) and Africa on the Contemporary London Stage (2018). She is the deputy director of the journal Quaderni del ’900, and the General Secretary of the African Theatre Association (AfTA). Osita Okagbue is a Professor of Theatre and Performance at Goldsmiths, University of London, UK. His published works include African Theatres and Performances (2007), Culture and Identity in African and Caribbean Theatre (2009), African Theatre: Diasporas (2009), co-edited with Christine Matzke, and Performative Inter-Actions in African Theatre 1, 2 & 3 (2013), with Dr Kene Igweonu. More recently, he has co-authored, with Professor Samuel Kasule, East African Theatres and Performances (2020).
