Frauke Bender is Professor of International Management at the International School of Management in Dortmund, Germany. Previously, she held the role of ranked faculty member at the Anderson College of Business and Computing, Regis University in Denver, Colorado, USA. Her research focuses on international business, cross-cultural management, leadership, as well as diversity and inclusion.
