Roberto P. Q. Falcão is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Universidade do Grande Rio (UNIGRANRIO) Management Graduate Program in Brazil. His research focus is on immigrant entrepreneurship, strategy, marketing, and small- and medium-size enterprise (SME). He has published articles in various international scholarly journals.Eduardo P. Cruz is a Full Professor in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Management at the Universidade Federal Fluminense, Brazil. His research is mainly in immigrant entrepreneurship, decision theory, marketing, strategic planning, and finance. He has been published in various international scholarly journals.Leo-Paul Dana is Professor of Management at Dalhousie University (Nova Scotia, Canada) and Visiting Professor at LUT School of Business and Management, Lappeenranta University of Technology (Finland). Professor Dana has been researching for and with indigenous people and in indigenous entrepreneurship. His work has been published in a variety of international scholarly journals.
