Educational Leadership in Schools

This book examines the impact of globalisation on school governance, leadership roles, and student outcomes. One of the effects of economic forces of globalisation is that schools and school leaders are compelled to embrace the corporate ethos of the efficiency, accountability, performance, and profit-driven managerialism.
