Dr. Adel Khelifi is a Professor and Chair of the Computer Science and Information Technology Department at Abu Dhabi University. Previously, he was the Dean of Computer Information Technology at the American University in the Emirates, Dubai, UAE. With a PhD from the Engineering School of High Technology, Canada (2005), Prof. Khelifi holds a high level of knowledge and expertise. Currently Prof. Khelifi is involved in promoting the Open-Source Software paradigm in the region. Prof. Khelifi has held impressive past careers, previously working as a lecturer for the Engineering School of Technology in Canada, United Nations MSF in Canada, and Ministry of Relations with Citizen and Immigration in Canada, and Ministry of Finance in Tunisia. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE and a Canadian ISO member in Software Engineering. He is ABET Program Evaluator (PEV) and passionate about archaeology and exploring how AI can transform and enhance this field.Dr. Iffat Sabir Chaudhry is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior and Deputy Dean of the College of Business at Al Ain University, UAE. With over a decade of academic and leadership experience across three countries, she has led curriculum reforms, accreditation initiatives, and institutional programs that embed sustainability, inclusive leadership, and responsible management education within business curricula. Her research bridges theory and practice, focusing on leadership, organizational behavior, sustainable and responsible HRM, AI in HR, and equity-based learning, with publications in high-impact, indexed journals. As a Certified Carbon Literate Educator (PRME & University of Nottingham) and a UN PRME signatory, Dr. Chaudhry actively contributes to global sustainability education initiatives. Her professional journey and contributions to responsible management education and youth engagement have been featured by PRME, and her perspectives on leadership, purpose, and inclusion have been highlighted in an interview published by Authority Magazine. Through mentoring, community engagement, and industry-academia collaborations, Dr. Chaudhry is committed to cultivating purpose-driven, emotionally intelligent, and socially conscious leaders, contributing meaningfully to both academic advancement and societal development.Prof. Mohammad Ghazal earned his Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) from Concordia University, Canada, in 2010 and 2006, respectively, and was awarded an Alexander Graham Bell Fellowship from NSERC and QFRNT from the Government of Quebec. He earned his B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the American University of Sharjah, where he received the President's Cup and the Ministry of Education's Shield for Creative Thinking. Prof. Ghazal is currently a Professor and Chairman of the Department of Electrical, Computer, and Biomedical Engineering at the College of Engineering, Abu Dhabi University. He has received several awards, including Dhs1,000,000 from the UAE Prime Minister's Office for an innovative mobile app during the 2015 Government Summit, the distinguished Faculty Award from Abu Dhabi University in 2014 and 2016, and the Abu Dhabi University Research Fellow in 2018. He was also inducted into the American University of Sharjah Hall of Fame by Sheikh Sultan Al Qasimi in 2018. He is the author of over 200 publications in journals and international conferences, including Scientific Reports, Elsevier's Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews, IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology, and IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics. His current research interests are AI in bioimaging, genomics, and smart systems. He is a senior member of IEEE and a member of ACM, BMES, and an ABET program evaluator for the Engineering Accreditation Commission.
