Wie eng im Alten Testament das Menschen- und Gottesbild zusammenhängen, macht schon das durchgängige Phänomen des Anthropomorphismus in dessen Literaturen deutlich. Der vorliegende Band befragt exemplarisch den Zusammenhang von Anthropologie und Theologie, von Gotteskonzepten und Menschenkonzepten. Dabei werden u.a. folgende Fragen berührt: Welche Konsequenzen haben Monolatrie und Monotheismus für die Identität und Selbstreflexivität des Menschen?
