Jurisprudence and Political Philosophy in the 21 st Century

Miodrag A. Jovanović is an Associate Professor of Introduction to Jurisprudence, Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. He has published extensively on topics, such as constitutionalization of secession, multiculturalism and collective rights.Bojan Spaić is a Lecturer on the subjects of Introduction to jurisprudence and Philosophy of Law, Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. His main field of interest is the relation of pragmatism, hermeneutics and jurisprudence.
