This new handbook for lay workers in the parishes offers easy access to the most important matters: How to deal with other people? What belongs to the realm of faith? How does praying help? And how to best learn to pray? What does the Bible say? How does it help me to be a good Protestant?What do you believe? Can you pray for us? How do you interpret the Biblical stories and what´s the deal with Pentecost? Anyone who participates in work in the parish is put in a special position and must deal with the questions posed. One needs special knowledge and a certain measure of linguistic and creative skills to make what one believes and propounds credible to others.
