The perspective of the Jewish minority, which has endured many unbearable moments throughout its history, is the starting point for The Opposite of Now. Across twelve specially developed artistic projects, viewers are encouraged to step back from the often oppressive present moment and counter it with new visions for how to change society. The participating artists engage with Jewish and universal experiences, life in conflict zones, hybrid identities and their society-transforming potential, and much more. An invitation to delve deeper, to perceive, and to think beyond fixed parameters.
