Failure of American and Soviet Cultural Imperialism in German Universities, 1945-1990

Natalia Tsvetkova, Ph.D. (Groningen University, The Netherlands, 2011, and St. Petersburg State University, Russia, 2000) is an Associate Professor at the School of International Relations at St. Petersburg State University, Russia. She has published monographs and articles on the cultural Cold War and on current public diplomacy.
