Non-use Measures for Global Goods and Commons in International Law

Dr Solène Guggisberg is a researcher at Utrecht University. In addition to academic publications on international law related to fisheries, the environment, and Antarctica, she has wide-ranging experience in international law’s implementation, having worked for the ICJ and international organisations.Dr Catherine Blanchard previously worked as Assistant professor of Public International Law at Utrecht University. She presented her work on the regulation of deep-seabed mining, marine environmental protection, international fisheries law and ocean governance in international journals and at international conferences.
