Pradeep Kumar Misra is the director of the Centre for Policy Research in Higher Education (CPRHE) at the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), New Delhi, India. With a distinguished career as a Development Professional for the Government of India and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Dr. Moitra brings a wealth of experience to her academic role.
